Karns doubles coupons up to $1! I've contacted them to get a copy of their coupon policy and will let you know what I've found out.
Here's Karns' coupon policy. I find them not as coupon friendly as Giant or Weis, especially when they came up with their printable coupon policy and changed it recently--no printed coupons for values over $1 unless they get a manager's approval. That being said, they often have great deals on meat and good produce when it's in season.

Some of my other favorite deals this week at Karns are grapes for 99 cents a pound, Kraft mac and cheese buy 1 get 1 free, and buy 1 get 1 free on freschetta frozen pizzas (which I also have a coupon for).
