The coupon does say “any Johnson and Johnson Red Cross item” and does not exclude travel size products!
I bet you can actually mix and match with some other First Aid items and get a great deal.
Target also carries these for .97-.99 each. It would be great to mix and match them with the Dora bandaids! Target does have travel sized Hello Kitty Band Aids that are .99- those would be free with this coupon.
