Rite Aid: Halloween Glow in the Dark Hand Soaps $1 UPR Deal

I was at the Dillsburg, PA Rite Aid yesterday and could NOT find these anywhere on display.  I heading there again today to see if I can find them.  Hopefully you'll find them at your Rite Aid.

As advertised in this week’s Rite Aid coupon deals, Dial Complete foaming hand soaps are on sale, buy one get one free. Plus, this month, there is an unadvertised $1.00 +Up Reward with the purchase of one Dial Halloween foaming hand soap. (Some of you may remember a similar deal about a year ago.) According to the Rite Aid coupon policy, a coupon cannot be used on an item made free by a promotion. Buy four soaps and use one $1.00/2 coupon. Then get four $1.00 +Up Rewards back for a final price of $0.40!
 
Note: Be sure to buy the Dial Halloween soaps. Look for designs of a bat, ghosts or a jack-o-lantern. There are also Softsoap Halloween soaps, but the +Up Reward and buy one get one free promotions aren’t valid on Softsoap. Also, at my store, these soaps were on the center promotional “islands,” and I couldn’t locate any tags. Have the cashier do a price check if you’re unsure what the price is!
