I will need to confirm that this Weis catalina deal is based on shelf price. I'm really, really low on my toilet paper stockpile and Weis runs this deal a few times a year. This deal isn't as good as the last time, but it's still cheaper than usual. I do one deal and then use the $7 Weis Catalina on the next deal, which makes them even cheaper!
