Eating Healthly: Day 1


Don't forget to track what you eat today with Calorie Count from About.com. 

I will drink water all day, NO SODA of any kind!  I like using the Crystal Light flavor packs.

For Breakfast:
  • 2 Cups Coffee
  • 1 Activia Lite (70 Calories)
  • 1 Fresh Pear
 For Lunch:
  • 1 Turkey Sandwich on a Deli Flat with lettuce, tomato + sauerkraut (no mayo)
  • 1 lunch-size bag of Sun Chips (I have to have something crunchy!)
For Dinner:
  • Glass of Red Wine (about 3/4 cup)
  • Grilled Cajun marinated Tilapia
  • Frozen vegetable medley
  • Tossed Salad w/ 1 tbsp. Ken's Fat Free Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
I'll let you know how I do!  If I need a snack, I have clementies and peanuts.
