Roasting your turkey directions:
- Wash and clean your turkey
- Don't forget to take out the giblets from both cavities of the turkey
- Season inside of turkey with generous amount of salt + pepper
- Can stuff your turkey with bread crumb mix OR stuff with sliced oranges and sliced lemons
- Place turkey on a bed of onions, carrots and celery
- Cover veggies with chicken broth
- Soak cheesecloth in chicken broth before placing on turkey
- Season skin of turkey with salt, pepper, EVOO and butter
- Spray turkey skin with Pam so that the cheesecloth doesn't stick
- Cover turkey with cheesecloth
- Place in roasting pan
- Base turkey every hour, after you base, pull cheesecloth away from turkey skin so it doesn't bake into the turkey
- Bake according to chart below
- Make sure you have a meat thermometer so you don't over-cook your turkey!
Internal temp = 165 degrees F

- Makes a dark, crisp turkey skin
- Turkey comes out moist not dry!
