Rite Aid: $3 off $15 Survey Coupon - no longer available

If you are a frequent Rite Aid shopper, you have likely received several Rite Aid Customer Service Survey opportunities that print at the bottom of your store receipt. 

For the last 5 months, Rite Aid has rewarded customers who complete the surveys with a $3/$15 total purchase coupon. However, it was just brought to my attention by 2 Hip2Savers that the coupon reward will no longer be available. Here is the email response that readers Kim and Gayle received from Rite Aid customer service today…

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Unfortunately, we have taken down the coupon portion of our survey. We welcome you to still participate and share your thoughts about the store or pharmacy; however, the coupon is not available at this time. We are working on the coupon and the incentive for all of our customers to enjoy. Thank you for your patience and for the inconvenience. Since you already have a receipt with the valid code, you can visit the Rite Aid with your receipt to receive $3 off your next purchase of $15 or mote within 14 days of the receipt. The stores have been notified and will adjust the price accordingly. Thank you for choosing Rite Aid and for being a valued customer.
