Giant of PA: The Dairy Instant Savings Promo is HOT!

I decided to do a separate post for this deal, because I wanted to call attention to the amazing deals that you can get at Giant on select dairy items starting 6/5/2011.

All this week, Giant will have a deal where you save $5 instantly when you buy 7 participating items. This figures out to $0.71 per item (when you buy 7) and they are mix & match.

The best part? Many of these items are ones that can be frozen (Danimals freeze very well, as does margarine, cheese, cookie dough and even milk when it is in a paper carton). I am not a HUGE fan of the taste of Soymilk or Smart Balance milk, but I have no problem using it for cooking and baking!  Elizabeth would eat a 6 pack of Danimals in 36 hours if I let her, so I will be stocking up and freezing yogurt!
