CSA Oak Grove Farms, Mechanicsburg PA

I went today and picked up my 1st CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) basket.  Sorry about the pic, one of the bags in the middle had some sort of reflection.  I'll do better next week.

Wow, I was impressed.  I rec'd:

Tomato
Strawberries
Spring Onions
Lettuce - 2 varieties
Spinach
Beets
Radishes
Turnips

The box is 5/8th bushel and you bring it back every week to pick up your items.

This is their first year and what I like is that you can swap out items you don't want.  I opted out of the rhubarb (What do you do with that?) and took some more greens.

I'll be posting a picture of what I get each week.  Session 1 runs from this week until July 7th.  Check it out they still have openings!  Here's my original post.
