The Ore-Ida deal has rolled back around but unfortunately there are no mainstream coupons that I know of. The only thing I am aware of is that I heard there coupons inside some packages for and also- There is a Safeway Booklet out that has I believe a $3/2 Ore-Ida, and a $1.50/1 Steam & Mash in it.

I hope a mainstream coupon pops up soon! But without one- it is around $1.59 each for the French Fries after the deal. If you have any coupons- much better! 
If you do not see signage in your store for the above deal- scan your items to be sure your store is participating. The items will say “Special Purchase” on the screen if you have the newer scanners. But some deals may be regional deals and unavailable at your store.
