DealSeekingMom is reporting that if you donate $1 to charity at a participating Wendy's you will receive a key tag that entitles you to one free Jr. Frosty per visit (with purchase) through 12/31/10.
She is confirming that the participating locations are MD, VA, PA and IL. It's worth checking out since my kids LOVE Frosty's!
